My employer issues NSB checks. I usually just deposit into my chase account. I decided to go into the branch today to cash it because I wanted to see what the branch was like. My teller, wish I caught her name, did not smile once. I don't ever cash my checks so I'm not familiar with the procedures, she almost seemed bothered when I asked her where I should add my thumbprint on the check. She handed me my money and started staring at her computer screen. I was still standing there because I wasn't sure if I got a receipt or needed to do anything else. She looks up at me with a blank stare and I said "oh, is that it?" And she said yes and continued to stare at her screen. I left. No thanks have a nice day, nothing. Not a good impression. Guess I'll stick with chase.
