Terrible place! They ruined one of my favorite sweaters and when I went back to see if they would help me repair it, they told me there was nothing they could do to help. They didn't even offer a discount on future business. I was appalled at the way they handled the situation. They also told me that my laundry would be ready next day upon drop off and when I went to went to pick my items up, they were not ready. Normally, I wouldn't care, but I was leaving on a trip to the east coast and had to rush then next morning to pick my items up as I was on my way to the airport. To add more insult to injury, when I got to my east coast destination, I wanted to wear one of the sweaters they dry cleaned and it had black stains a over it!! I was so angry! This place is terrible and I feel bad writing this review but I was disappointed by the service and their professionalism. DON'T GO HERE!!!
