I only go to this one if there are more suitable times for me but i think ill wait the last two times i went an elder lady, who checks the tickets, takes my ticket and then holds it and just stares at me waiting like im stupid or something expecting that im with the person (s) behind me and is waiting for their ticket as well. First of i totally get that most of the time thats the case that its a group, but if an employee doesnt know they should speak up and ask the customer, and of coarse i was dealing with an impatient self entitled woman cutting the ticket line and then going crazy yelling and screaming during the process of me trying to check my ticket because her children just NEEDED to get through
