I'm going to start with the obvious: if you're wondering if Harness is more expensive than a spin class at your local gym, you are probably right. However, as someone who has tried both, I can guarantee you that Harness is SO much better. Super friendly staff, amazing (and challenging) instructors, a great storefront inside, and honestly the best cardio workout I've ever gotten. I love that the owner of Harness is a Cleveland native and a great role model for other women! My favorite instructors are Spies, Sam and Danielle. Spies and Danielle are probably the best for someone trying spinning for the first time. Harness also offers Spinning 101 classes frequently to teach beginners the basics, and there are also discounted classes for new riders, so plenty of options! Now, get out there and spin (and prepared to be in pain for a few days after)! ?
