My wife and I needed an extra car twice this winter. Enterprise had the best prices in our area by far. The online experience was just fine but the face to face customer experience--picking up and dropping off--was exceptional. R.J. Gibson was the main person my wife and I dealt with on both occasions. He is very knowledgeable about cars and very enthusiastic about his work. He made getting started and getting finished pleasant and easy, and he followed up with a phone call after each pickup to make sure the cars were working out satisfactorily. The cars were clean, in great condition, and gave us no problems at all. We have become big fans of Enterprise.
