My first visit to this office was quick and timely. However my last 3 visits have been a nightmare. I waited over an hour plus each time for the provider.
Lab tests that should've been received within 48 hours took 5 days to get. I called Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Finally after 6 times calling one of the receptionist (forgot her name, wish I remembered it) said she was going to call the lab to see if they had the results. She called me back and let me know that the results were faxed over the weekend but apparently there was a power outage and that's why they never received the results. Glad I had to be so proactive to get my lab results.
There is a lack of accountability going on within the office.
I understand that physicians run behind but being told that the provider I was seeing always takes twice as long makes no sense. Rather than booking that person with 15 minutes to see each patient give them enough time to see a patient without inconveniencing patients.
I would not recommend this practice
