I was really pleased with the shopping experience and service that I got when I came to the mall on a busy Saturday December afternoon.
The clothes here always catch my eye because they are trendy yet classic, and you can pair it up with anything.
The store renovated recently to the new chic black look with tons of hanging space and large changerooms in the back.
What I loved was the sales girls. As soon as they saw me pile up on the hangers, they offered to take it to the back for me. Told me about the sales. and then let me be.
When I got to the changeroom I had at least 20 items on their rack reserved for me. They took me to the room, but told me only allowed 6 items. They were SUPER good at exchanging my "no's" for more clothes while keeping the 6 max. I didn't even have to ask them and they were running back and forth.
Getting sizes was easy and quick, as well.
I love their patience and energy, and really made a good customer experience.
