This Mr. Lube is similar to most s"it in your car, get your oil changed" kind of places. I have been to other places like this, but I find that Mr. Lube is the most thorough. Certain locations in the city can have hellish waits, but I have never waited long at this location. They have 3 bays which helps with the wait time.
The staff will come out to your car, offer you a water or coffee and provide you with a complimentary newspaper. Nice touch.
The actual oil change follows a set format every time, they have a checklist of things that need to be covered and methodically go through it all. They do try to up-sell things a bit like higher grade oil etc, but it is a business after all and if you are not interested they are polite with no pressure.
Your car details are stored in thier computer system so they know what your cars history and needs are.
Mr. Lube costs more than some other shops like this, but they offer consistent quality service.
