Love this place, the meat quality is as good as anything you will find in Cleveland. Real hometown feel, they know my name and my order. The customer service isn't bad, but it can come off a little abrasive.
They also make really good suggestions, for example asking me what am I trying too cook. Then they may suggest a different cut that will get better results in the crockpot or on the grill, etc...
In my opinion the only thing that is holding this place back is the lack of a real website. Honestly it looks like it was designed in 1998; you can't find the daily specials on it.
But overall great place especially if you're looking for a good cut to throw on the grill!!!
