Brought my dog in to get groomed for being a husky should of know to bring my dog in at 2 which was a full room and be done at 4 something had to be up. Picked up my dog and he was crying before we even said anything. Got a flea bath and came home to find a flea on him called to ask about it and got a run around with the salon manager laughing about it. My dog won't let look at he paws which they shaved upon request which worries me and asked about that they only shave the top. To call and get assurance about my dogs trip was not what happened at all instead it was the salon manager giggling on the phone. But they will pay to have the review taken off (thanks yelp) so hopefully some people are able to see it before than.
