Worst dealership I've ever walked into, I pull up and start walking their lot to see if they still have the vehicle I saw online. I was out there for about 20 minutes and not a single sales rep walked outside to assist me if I needed help or had questions. (Aren't these guys in the sales business).... They must be running a charity...
I walk inside and the receptionist who sits on the the sales platform is on her phone snapchatting her life away, and gives the customers ZERO attention to help me see a sales rep until, I nicely ask her if she works here and that I have some questions on a vehicle outside she rudely says "hold up, were kinda slammed" I'll get you someone. Sorry for wanting to spend money here.... Lol NEVER AGAIN, will I come here, Bill Luke used to be such a great family owned business Don Luke certainly lost track of his fathers principles and values of when he started his business. Never will I come back here with this mediocre service.
Side Note....
When a business doesn't even offer you water in 110 degree heat, just walk away. They're clearly not interested in taking care of you.
