AWFUL service. Last summer my boyfriend came here to get new tires. While he was driving that afternoon one of the tires fell off. The company fixed it and gave him several coupons. We have used the coupons for free oil changes. However, the free oil changes are not worth it anymore. The staff is always rude and they do a terrible job. They never re-set the oil change light in my car and they never inform me of when I need to come in for a new change (I don't get that sticker that goes on my windshield). On top of that, they are always extremely slow. The wait is always an hour minimum, just for an oil change! One time I made an appointment and was promised it would take 30min to an hour. I waited for TWO HOURS even after making an appointment! I am never coming back again.
