My brother has been begging me to try the PGH Taco Truck. He's a huge fan of their tacos. Luckily it was parked in Lawrenceville on Sunday afternoon, and I finally had an opportunity to experience it for myself. I ordered the taco my brother recommended and also claims as his favorite... (the special of the day) Beer Battered Atlantic Cod w/ Baja Crema, Cabbage, Lime Wedge & Cilantro $5. I also wanted to try something wild that I've never had before... so I went with the Vegan Curried Potato w/ Mango Chutney $4 (I'm not a vegan). Paired both with a sweet Mexican Coke in an icy glass bottle. The Cod was phenomenal... one of the best tacos I've ever had. The Curried Potato was also good.. although I've decided I could never be a vegan (I LOVE MEAAAAT). These tacos proved why this food truck carries such a great reputation. Bravo!!! Can't wait to try more!
