Review Edit: We've been trying to give our 60 day notice of non-renew for our lease and it has been absolute hell. You would think they would try to be at least a little helpful after how terrible our stay had been but it's been nothing but unanswered messages and "you have to tell someone else" anytime we do actually get to talk to someone.
Terrible management company. They constantly ignore maintenance requests, leave notices on your door saying you cant have ANYTHING except a chair on your large back patio, sometimes 3 or 4 "notice of entry" slips A MONTH, and yet they still won't weather seal my doors. I've had probably 3 different managers in the short time I've been here.
Avoid this management company at any and all costs.
