We tried this restaurant out for the first time this past week. We ordered three different entrees and egg rolls. The shrimp fried rice was good, the shrimp egg foo yung was good, the orange chicken was so so and the egg rolls were good but were VERY small! The best thing about this restaurant for me is the price of the food (except the egg rolls). The Chinese restaurant I've been going to would have charged me $45 for what Kwan's charged $33.
Their food is good enough that I will probably go back but I will still be searching for my "go to" Chinese restaurant in he Valley.
