Don't ever use this company, I went and listened to my realtor and it was the worse decision I could have made. If I could give them zero stars I would. I signed a 3 year contract for Police, fire and panic and the system only does 2 out of the 3. When I try to email them no one gets back to me, when I try to call them no one gets back to me. I had to call ADT directly and they got a hold of them for me and they scheduled an appointment for a Sat morning and the tech never showed up nor did he call to let us know that he wasn't coming. Tried to call them on that day but you cant get a hold of anyone on the weekends. Called ADT and they couldn't get a hold of anyone either.
When I finally got a hold of them during the week they said the tech was suppose to call you and let you know that the system cant be hard wired to the wireless system and that I have no way out of the contract for 3 years, even though I was told I would have all 3 services on the system and only have 2.
STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!!
