Not too bad. Yes, I have waited. Yes, I tried to make an online appointment and no one contacted me to confirm as the online directions say they will. But the staff were nice and tried to accommodate. I have not had problems with insurance or being billed for things I don't need. I have always had good eye exams there and gotten cute glasses, so I have no complaints.
