I was relieved to find this place on Yelp after my check engine light had gone on during my lunch break. It was relatively close to my job and had such amazing reviews however I will NOT be returning. I came Chang's a little after noon. And ran in to give them my information and tell them what was going on with my car. No one was upfront so I rang the bell and waited. The garage is within tight proximity to the receptionist area so I'm not sure how they wouldn't have heard the bell ring. I even stood facing in the window so anyone who turned in that direction would notice me. After waiting a few minutes I rang the bell again and again no one came to assist me. I was about to walk into the garage and ask for help even though it stated EMPLOYEES ONLY but I saw a gentleman walking toward the office area. He looked at me and then looked at the desk and said "she's not here, come back in 30 mins" I just had to kinda laugh and told him "Never mind" and walked out. At my job if our receptionist goes on break we have another employee fill in for when she's gone. I thought maybe there may have been a language barrier even so you have no one else who can simply hand me a piece of paper so I can write down my make, model, color, issue with my vehicle, name and number? I would've done your job for you. But the dismissive attitude and lack of apology for how long I'd been waiting with no one giving me any form of acknowledgement left a bad taste in my mouth and made me decide I'd rather drive home in a car that might not make it all the way there.. then give this place my business.
