Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen is the best dealership I've ever been to. From contacting them the first time, to buying my car, it was nothing but the best customer service I've ever experienced. On Tuesday, I found a car that I fell in love with online, and immediately sent them a message letting them know that I was interested. They got back to me super fast letting me know that the car was still available. They then answered all my questions and even went out of their way to send me additional pictures of the vehicle. Upon finding out that I wanted the bigger SUV because I'm expecting a baby soon, they gave me a "friends and family discount" because they are a family owned business and are all about family. That was the cherry on top!
That next Saturday we went down to check the car out and that's where we met Albert Mendez. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and answered all our questions. Normal dealerships will hold you hostage while buying a car, and you'll be there for 3-4 hours sometimes. Lunde's only took an hour and 15 minutes! That includes getting there, checking the car out, going for a test drive, then actually purchasing it. They will not try to upsell you anything, they will not tell you they have a car when they really don't, there main priority is customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Way to go Lunde's!! Especially Albert Mendez!
