Avoid!! I can't even think of where to start. The salesman Donny is on another level of shady like a con artist. The sales pitch goes from free this and free that but oh don't tell your neighbors the deal we are giving you. Now for the technician Luis... talk about being late for your own funeral type of guy. Had a noon appointment which I get a phone call an hour after saying he's on his way. Ended up showing up 7 hours late. I won't even go into the following appointments.
Save yourself and find a legitimate company. My new provider fixed the botched wiring from the previous tech and finished the job in only 2 hours. I'm sorry for the people who are stuck with this so called security company.
