Horrible office staff! Last month the pharmacy sent a prior authorization them. Three weeks went by and they never took care of it! Finally I had to cuss them out and act ignorant then they took care of it while I was on hold for an hour! This month they got prior auth from the pharmacy on the 19th....and the 21st. Never processed it. Spoke with adriana this morning 8 am. and she "was handling it right away" called back at 1 and they still haven't even called her insurance. So again I had to get ignorant and cuss her out. She processed it with insurance but its pending until tomorrow...meanwhile my daughter ran out of meds yesterday....the don't give AF about our kids they are here for the paycheck that's it...and when I asked why it wasnt processed on the 19th...she couldnt even give me an answer. She just kept putting me on hold and getting back on talking about well it was processed right now ...lol it should have been processed within 24 to 48 hours like your "policy" states. But let me be 15 min late o our scheduled appt and I have to reschedule "per your policy". They want us to follow policy but they can't even follow their own. Finding a new doctor.....all because of his unprofessional staff....
Updated:Worst doctors office ever! Two months in a row I had to cuss the office staff out just to get some help! The supervisor Brian just makes excuses as to why his staff is lying to patients and not doing what they say they are doing....they dont care if your child is out of supplies. And they discharged my daughter from the practice without notice and didnt even tell me...lol so I called today and everyone was scared to tell me...so they just kept putting me on hold. this office is a fucking joke. LUDI, Martha and the front offices bitches are stupid as fuck! And the most unprofessional people I've ever had to communicate with!
