Visited: 7:30pm 12/07/2012 Japanese Fusion. The restaurant is quaint seemingly similar to the small sushi houses in Japan; however, they transformed part of the sidewalk into a gated dining area adding to the restaurant's occupancy. Food was good. We had the BBQ Beef Bento and a side order of Tempura. The side order of Tempura is quite generous (2 Shrimp, 2 Sweet Potato, 2 Zucchini...) and the BBQ Beef Bento was also. The Beef Bento had rice, side cabbage salad with wasabi dressing, and tempura (Shrimp, Sweet Potato, Zucchini). I love tempura and didn't realize that the bento provides a generous amount. I suggest not to order the side tempura because the bento is more than enough. 20/20 Hindsight: * Ask to have any sauce(i.e BBQ, Teriyaki and so on) be on the side. This allows you to add to your taste. * Business should be more welcoming * By the way, owner of the restaurant is very passionate of his menu, so i believe there might be more to come. Is it worth visiting again: Yes - when i'm in the mood
