I went to Evan's for the first time last Saturday and the experience was great! The place is a favorite with Boulder City locals for good reason. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The food was tasty, well priced and of good quality. The menu offers a variety of dishes from old favorites like Liver and Onions to specials like Saffron Risotto with Asparagus and Shrimp. I had the risotto, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. One of my fellow diners had the liver, which is a favorite of his and he couldn't have been happier. They offer a full bar and a short, but good wine list. Definitely, worth the trip to Boulder City!
