Well I am reviewing this company without having used them yet BECAUSE I've cancelled on them twice now for airport pick up/drop off personal reasons and travel hiccups. I've spoken to Carol each time I booked and cancelled and she was professional, fun, kind and very easy going. She was understanding of my circumstances when she didn't need to be. I very much appreciated the amazing customer service and accommodations Elite provided. I was very lucky to be serviced by Carol. Thank you Carol!
