57 mins and still no food???? Oh but my waitress does have time to fraternize with her boyfriend, hopefully when they are done she will comeback with less attitude. SUBPAR service! We are regulars at a different location and never have to deal with this crap. I assume poor management at the west side store is the reason for such poor service. At last he food arrived and the order was taken WRONG!!!!!!! I would expect nothing less!!!
