[ My favorite thing that makes this place even more welcoming to pets is how they usually have the doctor's big dog Rosie freely walking around in the lobby and a cat that hangs around on the couch! It made my pet comfortable when I first took her because she knows she's not alone! I also love their system of how they will always remind you over email about your appts, etc. I love this place! ]

After trying banfield and many other pet hospitals, I found that this is literally the best so I signed up and my puppy zia never feels uncomfortable anymore! Every check up time, you go in with your pup and get a full run down on the check up and what they need to do, etc. they make my pup feel very comfortable! Other places just take your dog and ask you to come back later or when you pick up the pup, they're terrified and shaking! This place will always have you there with your pup unless it's a big surgery/procedure! The plans they have are also great! Unlimited office visits and I always go even the slightest sign of my puppy being sick!
The staff is very friendly, funny, and welcoming! You can tel they really know their stuff and are extremely loving of their pet!
