I have been using this company for about a year. About 6 months ago, I had an issue with the quality of work but when I spoke with the manager, he sent them back to clean the areas that were missed so my problem was solved. It typically takes 2 maids 2 hours to clean my house, sometimes 2.5 if it's really dusty. A month ago, they came to my house and we're here for 3 hours! Unfortunately, I was not home so my husband was there while they cleaned. They did not clean my kitchen counters, the bathroom floor, random blinds, my stove, and they did not even vacuum my entire living room....after being there for 3 hours. I called to complain and the manager said he would send someone to redo the house. They came on the wrong day so I was not home to let them in. I have been going back and forth with them for a month and they are now refusing to return my calls. I was told that I would have to pay a $25 fee for not being home when they came so that really defeats the purpose. They have no interest in remedying the situation and are giving me the run around. The manager actually answered the phone this weekend and denied it was him! Customer service has gotten really bad, especially since they hired 2 new people that answer the phone and schedule appointments. Neither one knows what they are doing and schedule things on the wrong day. The longer you keep them, the worse they get. I read another review that said she was charged $15 for an extra 30 minutes. I wish! They take their time and then charged me $30 for an extra 30 minutes. I regret that I actually referred a few friends to them. I will be warning them. Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.
