This is the second time I have had the privilege to work with Amy at Shaffer & Sons. I met her through my home warranty company in 2014. Every vendor the warranty company sent me prior to her was small, rinky-dink, unprofessional, unresponsive and just couldn't provide acceptable AC service. Then I was matched with Shaffer & Sons and my AC experience turned a complete 180! Amy takes the time to consult and educate you on AC's, if she gets your business or not. She is a stellar project manager and is on top of the game during an installation. If there are any hiccups, she is right on it to full resolution. My recent experience with my second AC was a horrifying mess because Shaffer & Sons left my warranty company and First American assigned, yet again, several unacceptable vendors. I had to complain to the corporate office, after waiting over a month for repair of my unit, and demand that I select my own vendor. After a quick email to Amy, she had crew on my roof the very next day! I cannot share enough how happy I am to work with Amy and know my AC's are in good hands.
