I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. I have never been disappointed in the rooms or the service even through the rooms need to be renovated- something I know the hotel has been working on.
Many people stay at this hotel because of the water park and the pools. The grounds are great- there is a Coyote Club for parents and plenty of things to do around the property such as mini golf and basketball. Navigating around the grounds is easy, I didn't have a problem finding people to help out along the way. Another added bonus, the staff is extremely courteous.
The downside? There is so many people. So many that it is nearly impossible to find a place to relax by the pool because of all the furniture is accounted for. I found it hard to relax in the water because there are many volleyball games, water balls being thrown, and other things happening in the water. On the other hand, the service pool side is great if you can find somewhere to enjoy it.
