I don't know how to start this so here it is. Plain and simple. I came here to relax and get a pedicure. Got right in which surprised me since it was pretty busy. I get it, my feet were pretty bad. They used the callous remover and ended up removing part of my heel. At first I just thought he may have scuffed it but by the time I got home it was starting to ache & feel bruised. Checking it out I noticed they took a couple of chunks off of my heel. I don't know if any one has ever experienced something like this but it's a day later and my foot literally aches and it hurts to put any kind of pressure on my heel. I know it seems silly that I didn't know this before I left the facility, I mean, how could I not know right?! Ugh. Paid in cash so no receipt but just because they can do nice little designs on your nails doesn't mean that they are good.
