Unbelievable. Only gave one star because I had to. Just paid $1000+ to wait five hours for aggravation, more pain and two "different" diagnoses that consisted of being talked down to, called a "liar" and hung up on. Twice. Thanks. Love that your motto is 'dignity with kindness.' Left feeling quite the opposite. Completely disgusted in the "care" received. The prescription for type B Influenza was "suck it up." Oh, and: Drink fluids! (Duh...) That's great-if I could keep anything down for 5 seconds. God forbid any "doctor" should have some empathy to prescribe some cough syrup, or anything that would alleviate pain and suffering and allow me to eat or sleep. Seems that's the name of the game at "dignity." Maybe their motto should be "Condescending and Apathetic (while we fleece your pockets)..."
