Well Since I live in NYC for almost 6 years now, I have my fair share experiences with a lot of outlet malls. For this mall, I don't think is really an outlet mall. There is like maybe a few or a little more shop that have outlet prices and that is about it. Oh yeah and I have been to the Coach outlet there I was disappointed. The Staff was so rude, I mean WOW Train these people PLEASE. I mean it is a outlet for a pretty decent brand right, you would expect people that work there to have a little bit of manner and more knowledge on what they are doing. I guess NOT. They need to work on this mall more to be a decent mall.
