I am trying to get the replacement mattress replaced from the purchase made 1 year ago. Talk about trash! Stay away from the tyndall pedic mattresses. For over $1500 it lasts approximately 3 months and then turns into a pile of balled up material that will send you running to your chiroprator!!!!. The customer servicre is terrible. Since they give you a worthless warrenty, your credit card company won't help you and you certainly aren't going to get help from Tynall. They are worse than buying from the guy selling mattresses on the corner. At least with him, you know you are throwing the dice and taking a chance. TERRIBLE DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFF COMPANY!
