They have a refrigerated section in the back (yogurts, milk, etc), beauty section in the front (lots of toothpastes), essential oils, indian packaged food section, handmade soaps, gluten-free pastas/cereals/snacks (including corn thins from Australia), Better Than Bouillon jars and of course the bulk section (various flours, fresh peanut butter, etc). The staff is friendly and the woman we talked to said she was sure the manager could give us a discount price for buying some stuff in bulk. It's a small store, but has a lot in it. It has more variety than the bulk shop further south on Roncy. And they're open on Sundays (unlike Qi Natural Foods, which is further north on Roncy). It's a bit pricey, but that's often what you pay for organic, gluten-free, etc. It's cheaper than St Lawrence Market though.
