Let me just start off by saying we still don't have my husbands glasses. He went in to a scheduled appointment, was there for about a hour which was great. But, now I understand why there were SO MANY calls while we were checking out from customers asking about their glasses. Literally, over 10 calls. Needless to say, after the quoted 2 weeks, we still don't have his glasses and when I called today some rude associate tells me it's 2-3 weeks from ordering. WELL, the associate that helped us order his glasses CLEARLY stated "2 weeks, hopefully sooner" and now, 2 weeks later, we are looking at at least another week. Meanwhile my husbands glasses are next to unwearable and are digging into his face. We would have never ordered them from here originally had we known it could take up to almost a month. Two weeks to start is pretty ridiculous, but 3!? That's just insane. We will NEVER be going back to Nationwide, and the associates at this store better hope his glasses come in this week because I am not afraid to escalate this horribly ridiculous experience to every corporate member of this asinine company!
