Pros: quiet, mostly clean, decent kitchenette, ample parking.
Cons: no DVD player and TV selection is terrible (kinda rough for extended stay), no pool, very poor "breakfast," TINY bathroom.
Staff was extremely disappointing. No one was at the desk 50% of the time, and they did not answer most questions helpfully. They did not explain the pet deposit up front, therefore the $500 we gave them on day one ran out in 3 days, and after I refused to give them more money until I talked with my spouse, they deactivated our room cards! After we paid more money, they deactivated our cards again due to "staff error" the next day! I finally demanded receipts and copies of everything, most of which they did not have, and the rest of it our names were misspelled all over the place
