This was my first visit since the departure of Octopus. The wash and exterior dry were great - it was exactly what you would expect for a $30 wash. Unfortunately, the interior clean suffered from a lack of detail - not unlike many of the previous reviews. Seat backs and front/rear doors were not touched, despite easily noticeable marks from shoes and winter salt. Cupholders and storage areas were full of dirt (no vaccuuming) despite being emptied for the purpose of cleaning. And while the center console/shifter were left filthy, the steering wheel was wiped down with something that left it VERY slippery - not safe, not cool. I may come back to give them a second chance in a couple of months, but their track record indicates I'll eventually opt to save $15+ and swing by Suds It Up and have my kids clean the inside with a shop vac and damp towels.
