I bought a groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments. I went to the first session and it was not at all what I expected. First of all, there is no machine involved. I don't see how putting couple layers of creams would do any ex-foliation. It's just a facial. Your face gets softer because one of those creams is a moisturizer but absolutely no long term effect, no cleaning, no ex-foliation. All my black dots were exactly same as before. It's not worth the money you pay at all, and I actually got a refund from Groupon for the rest two sessions.
