I hate dentist. I hate going I avoid them at all cost but unfortunately I was in tears starting a new job the next day when my crown came off I tried to go to the dentist who had put the crown on but they called me back saying they couldn't see me until the next day. Another facility told me to walk in and they might be able to see me. ImmediaDent in Middleburg Hts told me to come in right away. On a Sunday !!!! They recemented the crown and and saved the day. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to make ImmediaDent my new dentist. I have always been seen in a reasonable amount of time let alone had wonderful care. I recently again had another emergency I called the office but they informed me the dentist I had been so fond of was now at their Cedar Rd location I'm not a fan of dentists and am not very trusting of them, but Dr Mychael Davis is absolutely amazing ! I drove out of my way to the Cedar location and was taken In. I have no problem waiting a little bit longer knowing if I have a true emergency , they will fit me in regardless. I listened today to the poor technicians and dentist bounce from room to room I can't praise this facility enough So while not every one of my appts are going to be in and out ... I guarantee all my dental needs will be met regardless of when they occur
