Renting the truck went just fine, except when I went to drop it off I was told some info that I hand no clue about during the rental process!! When I returned the truck to the Craig and Commerce (In Town) location, I had an additional $10 fee on top of my original rental agreement. Not once did the rental agent say anything about how many miles I could drive. Apparently I went OVER my miles and I only went 50 miles total. Not until we dropped it off were we told about our 30 mile min for the one way trip. It would have been nice if the rental agent explained to me the rules of mileage.
Also... Why the hell is the $19.99 price advertised on the side of the 10'+ trucks when it damn sure don't cost that low for those trucks. Smh!!!
