Surgery was great! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. 3 check-ups (1 before and 2 after), all included in the cost and I got it on Groupon. Paid about $2000 total because I got the punctal plugs. But I didn't get the lifetime warranty. Didn't feel I needed it. I could see amazingly by the next day. Use your drops as directed to avoid the initial dry eyes which will soon resolve. By the next day, I was driving myself, was able to go to work the day after that. Procedure was painless, just a bunch of lights flashing in your face. Best money I've ever spent on myself. Other places were charging $5000, Im glad I didn't cave into the "higher price tag always means better results" theory, would've been mad at myself for throwing money away. Anyway my advice is educate yourself and take the leap. They did a fantastic job on my eyes and everyday I wake up feeling so relieved that I don't ever have to deal with my "eye accessories" again
