The facility is new and nice. The previous year there when it first opened, there wasn't much people there, but then there was not so desirable tenants that started moving in. The walls are thin so you heard partying, fighting, etc. I lived there for a year, but moved out before the new Management finally did something about the tenants that was causing disturbances. The amenities are really nice, like free car washes, nice gym, etc. but was overshadowed by loud party goers/visitors to the wee hours (4 am and on). I think it was starting to improve just as I was moving out which is too bad because I liked living there when it was quieter. I even recommended this place to a friend a month ago because I felt the new manager was greatly making the place more family oriented. My friend did try to check the place out on Sunday, but she said the office was closed that day. Not sure why. Maybe they require an appointment for tours in the weekends? Either way, I hope (and I'm sure)the new management continues improving the quality of tenants that move in there because it is a nice apartment complex.
