MAN! What a great experience! It began as bad news, as my Benz would not start. It was in storage for the winter, and when I went to warm it up it showed "key not recognized"- this presented all sorts of problems. How do I get the car fixed, if I can't get it to the shop? I'm not even sure I could get it into neutral to tow it.
I called Zimbrick service and spoke with Kenny and Steve. They helped to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and arranged to get me a new key. THEY ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO DELIVER THE KEY TO ME. Are you freaking serious!?!? A house call in 2017???
