Wish I could give this company ZERO stars!! They were let known by my insurance (All-state) that my car was INSIDE my garage and needed a jump.. Aside from being 45 minutes late from the time THEY said they would be here, they called ONCE and when I called back, no one would answer. I sent a text and someone replied right away saying the technician didn't see the car outside so they left to another call.. Why didn't they ring the doorbell? This company tries to take more than they can handle and couldn't complete a simple jump-start job. Won't ever use them! Thank goodness for all-state for finding me a way better company :)
