I've been here three times to see doctor Chang and every single time I've waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 15-20 in the doctors room. When I had to leave an appointment because it had been an hour and I hadn't even seen her yet and had to go to work and they told me to keep in mind she is always running about 45 minutes behind. I have never had a doctors office tell me that. And when you finally do get to see her it's very rushed and in a hurry. They just try to schedule as many appointments as possible to get more co-pays.
