I'm used to the old fashioned ice cream parlors, not the baskin robbins type place that u get it to go, so being still pretty new in town one day I decided I was on a mission to find a good banana spilt with all the fixings...after I googled best ice cream and Lappert's came up I figured I would give it a go. So I drive about 20 mins out of my way, park and was expecting a long line. To my surprise NO ONE was there. I ordered my banana split...and you can get as many toppings as you want for the same price ($5.50) and choose anyyy flavors of ice cream. Got served fast and the ice cream and split were delicious. I will definitely drive out of my way for this again, and again. If I lived closer, I would be in trouble.
The negative? I COULD see this place having long lines time to time so I guess that was just luck. Also, its a pain to park in the casino and have to walk thru it to get there, ahhh the temptation of gambling. But nothing that wouldn't stop me from being back.
