Love, Love, LOVE our pool. We had a number of hiccups and a few delays along the way. At times I thought it would never get done. But the people at Shasta were always there, always responsive, and ALWAYS had customer service in mind. From the design, through construction, and finally through orientation, everyone was great. A special shout out to Dave Gabhart who designed our pool/back yard; Michael Buckenroth who always kept me up to date on what was happening, and Tom Walton who made sure everything came together resulting in the beautiful pool/backyard we are now enjoying!
