I like Chick Fila, Until today. So last time I was here they screwed my order up and I didn't know until I got home. I called and talk to a manager who said the next time I came they would replace my order at no cost and she took my name and put in the system. She said all I had to do was give them my name and it would be there. I try to do that they refused and I paid for the order. It's not about the money. When you say you're going to do something you should do it. Not a happy customer. Not going back to this place again. You lost a customer today.
