Well I must say after being in the store for 15 min, 2 other customers and three employees-I was never greeted which was totally fine. However just moving into the areas and excited having a BB&Bodyworks close I was excited! I couldn't find a couple things I was looking for and had to approach someone-she did assist me with my question. Then as I saw and heard her say to other customers " if you need anything, my name is Denise". I didn't get that. So upon check out I was asked if anybody assist me and I said not really because I had to approach for my question that I had and I don't want to give credit where credit is not due. Disappointing I must say.
