If you are ordering personalized cards or gifts to be delivered by a certain date DO NOT use Shutterfly. I had a nightmare experience with them and the only thing I ordered were 2 Christmas cards. I exchanged 14 emails with "customer service" over the course of a couple weeks and they were useless. They finally gave me a full refund and after all of that, one of my cards did show up a couple days before Christmas - without an envelope. This was one of the most ridiculous experiences I've had with a company. I don't know what happened, I've had good experiences with them in the past but after this and reading all these reviews from this year, something has gone terribly wrong at this company.
